WELCOME we would like to invite you to explore the Marshfield Area Apartment Association’s website. We are excited that we now have a new asset for the landlords that are members as well as those looking to explore rental possibilities in the area. As members you will have access to state and local websites, member mailings, news, updates, information on our monthly meetings, guest speakers, and obtaining the most current forms. Also as a member you will gain insight on who fellow members may use in their own operation for repairs, improvement and legal advice, staying up on laws that affect the landlord as well as the tenant in your operation.

Members are also able to advertise their vacant properties for free on the website. This website is designed to help us grow, learn together, network, gain knowledge, socialize at monthly meetings, and share legislative news.

All in an effort to build & sustain your investment in the association as well as your rental investment properties. You might be surprised what a little effort by getting involved, could do for you. You could see HUGE RESULTS in your operation. If you can take home one new idea and implement it into your operation that is tremendous.
